FINANCIAL SERVICES

At Bevan Group we have partnered with eCapital a leader in “Modern Finance”. The goal is to look at cash flow in a new way. By making the flow of money faster it allows greater flexibility to run your company or operation.

By having eCapital manage your payor, this frees you. With payment in 24 hours it allows you to pay your own bills on time.

 

INVOICE MANAGEMENT

The present model for payment is to send an invoice out then wait 30 days. The reality is that does not happen, 60-90-120 days are not uncommon. With eCapital the payment is shifted and they pick up waiting time. While you do get paid almost instantly there is a cost, typically 1.5 to 6% depending on payor credit.

Covered are, service work, sold goods, staff payroll at a minimum. If you would like to check if your invoice is covered please contact us.

 

FACTORING SERVICES

Setting up Factoring services is very simple, three steps. The fee required to use the service will be discussed at the time of set up.

  1. Complete our simple questionnaire of standard information

  2. Complete the follow up call and set up with eCapital

  3. Submit invoice you need to get paid

 

 

TRANSPORTATION, TRUCKING SERVICES

Owner Operator jobs pay considerably better than hourly, the benefits make it worthwhile. A good O/O will be busy and with that additional income is long delays. Your cost to deliver a load simply in fuel multiplied over 15 days (Fast Pay) may leave you thousands in debt. Cash flow can become an issue and on the road it may become critical with an unexpected breakdown.

Once set up its optional to use us, there is no fee or cost without use. If you do need us, the phone app allows you to submit your invoice instantly and within 24 hours or less your paid to your account or Visa card.

Additional benefits such as fuel cards, credit checks, permits, insurance are provided by our partners to help you save money.

CONSULTING

Our consulting services are Property Management specific. With 30 years of experience we are able to help you resolve operational concerns. Our specialty is in operations, the physical structure and equipment.

We have partnered with some of the leaders within our industry. We have the ability bring them in under our management to work through problems.

PROJECT MANAGMENT

Our PM services allow you to assign projects then only monitor as needed. The size of the completed projects range from $10k to $5M. We have also partnered on larger projects to manage a portion of the work within our discipline.

The life blood of the new generation and the backbone of society. These critical buildings we cannot live without. Milliseconds of failures are not accepted and the buildings are built this way.

To complete this monumental task the sites are very complicated with many vitlaly important moving parts. This work involves a different approach that we exel at and enjoy.

ASSET MANAGEMENT, INSPECTIONS

Working on behalf of owners in the operation and management of a facility. We are the arm that oversees the facility. We monitor and advise the ownership group of any items that may be or become an issue.

Our work also involves the monitoring of construction projects. We ensure that the agreed upon specification is completed and signed off by the appropriate people. We attend each project meeting and work directly with the vendors ensuring compliance.

In the event of a sale or purchase we complete the due diligence to ensure the building hides no secrets. Our reports to the buyer ensure they understand the short and long term facility needs. On behalf of the seller we ensure outstanding or items potentially affecting the sale are resolved to maximise the sale price.
